Chef Carlo brings his Italian heritage to the forefront at this casual bistro. Locals flock to B&V for the unpretentious atmosphere and strong drinks. They have the best beer list on the Plaza and also offer an array of local wines. We also love it because you can find something at every price point - a fresh ahi tuna appetizer, a simple salad with delectable Caesar dressing, Carlo's mama's pasta recipes (with housemade pasta!), burgers, or fancy Tomahawk steaks that pair perfectly with a Benziger Cab.
- Kerry HFlawless from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hostess was sweet & friendly in her characteristic combat boots (love the authenticity!). Our server, Jess, was excellent! Flavor, cook, texture, balance... they nail it ALL here. Fresh homemade pasta is INCREDIBLE with fresh bread, grilled and drizzled with garlic butter. Our other dish, the bass was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Incomparable whiskey selection, great drinks (not watery or diluted). Berry tart for dessert is a choice I'll be dreaming about for weeks to come. It was made fresh that morning and absolutely AMAZING!! Great team here, mgmt is obviously doing something right. Hats off to the whole team!! 👏
